October layouts

Well I have been very productive with my layouts this month kickstarted by our team gathering in Ashbourne, here are some of my recent work

Well I am a consistently bad blogger

I am getting ready for the scrapbooking weekend with my team in Ashbourne next weekend so I thought I would upload this photo of Fiona practicing guitar last night in her new hoody that her dad sent her from SA but made in Nepal, I call it her amazing technicolour dream hoody.

Bad blogger

I know I am a rubbish blogger, but what can I say. I have been trying to finish off old layouts recently as I have a huge box of layouts I just can't bring myself to get done and in albums. We recently went to London with the children to see High School Musical, for which I now have an unfinished mini album (must remember to order more pictures)

Last night we went to see Kyran Bracken Ice party, it was great and we had been told if you hung around at the end for a while you could get the stars autographs, here is a photo of Fiona with Kyran.

She said it wasn't as exciting as having a photo with Oscar puffin a few weeks ago at the west show (that photo is on Brian's camera I will try to remember to upload it)

I have done the November 2008 Becky Higgins sketch in reverse and done the title with Susans cricut which I have adopted for the weekend, the first layout from our recent disney trip

Saturday crop today

I am just about prepared, need to get going with the Shimelle calendar as it is the second month tomorrow and I haven't started. Also need to make Fiona a birthday card.

Very bad blogger

I am going to make a big effort to blog more frequently I promise, we are almost upon the start of Fionas birthday celebrations, invites have gone out and I have had replies from all. I ordered invites on line and for this we had to have a bit of a birthday shoot, the idea was to save time on writing but I took so long taking photos and creating on the computer it was a false economy.

I will upload some of the photos for you to see another day but in the meantime here are some photos from our recent trip to Walt Disney World from the photo pass CD which arrived recently

Disney challenges

Well I have posted this weeks disney challenge on UK scrappers already with my sample

I have been doing loads of scrapbooking but not taken many photos of the layouts as I don't have access to editing programme at the moment.

With regard to my other new years resolution as I was stuck on 3 pounds loss I enrolled with Weight Watchers this week, so here comes the next 11 pounds!

Well I have the technology so I am going to upload my layouts so far from January

Resolutions still firm

I have completed 7layouts that were waiting for the finishing touches, most of which was essentially journalling. Since doing the doodling class in October I have been a lot braver to do hand journalling so I resorted to the pen for most of them. I will upload later as I am not sure what bee has done with my camera cable.

I started a layout kit that I bought in SA for my safari photos but as I have to double mat about 20 small photos for it I spent almost all of the Tuesday crop doing just that, I must definitely finish it on the Saturday crop along with all my other SA photos of course.

I have also started a Disney challenge on UK Scrappers with lots of enthusiastic participants linking there layouts on the subject of Mickey to, so I must definitely catch up and post my layout.

Happy New Year

Well we arrived back last night from a fabulous 2 weeks in SA but after all that travelling were pooped and I barely stayed awake until midnight.

I will gradually post my layouts from the trip.

New Years Resolutions, well despite needing to lost 3 stone, my first resolution is to lose a stone, and I have promised to finish one of my unfinished layouts a week! Not too onerous hopefully so we will see.

Hope everyone else is in fine form and will have a great 2008. Off to see mum and dad shortly so need to get the rabble organised.
